How much is Istra Land 2025 entry fee?
Istra Land 2025 has a 120 € entry fee. It includes the route GPX and Road Book (provided around two weeks before the start), a welcome pack, the race tracking service (provided by MAProgress), a brevet card, and a starting plate.
What if I can’t ride and want to cancel my inscription?
Istra Land The registration fee is non-refundable. If you can’t take part in the event for any reason, make sure to notify us within a reasonable notice period (before June 30th). We’ll move your registration to the 2026 edition.
Mandatory documents
As soon as you confirm your registration, you’ll receive an email requesting your mandatory documents:
– a copy of your National ID or Passport;
– a health certificate (you can download a template from our email);
– your signed liability waiver (download the template from our email).
How do I organize my accommodations before/during/after the race?
Istra Land is, by all means, an unsupported adventure. You’ll therefore need to arrange your stays before, during, and after the race. The Road Book will provide more info about accommodation along the route!
What is the best way to get to the start with my bike?
The race starts in Basovizza, Italy. The nearest airports are Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Trieste (Italy). The closest train stations are Sežana (Slovenia) and Opicina (Italy).

Where can I sleep at the start/finish?
Istra Land 2025 will start and finish from Zarja Sport Center facilities (SS14, 269, 34149 Basovizza, Italy), where we’ll also hold the Riders’ Accreditation.
